Our Business Model: Appliquix generates revenue by charging subscription fees to partner technicians for leads. Customers use our platform completely FREE of charge.

3. Nature of Relationship

3.1 Independent Partner Technicians

All technicians in our network are:

  • Completely independent businesses
  • Not employees, agents, or representatives of Appliquix
  • Separately licensed, insured, and certified in their jurisdictions
  • Solely responsible for their own business operations, pricing, and service delivery
  • Operating under their own business names and terms

3.2 Lead Referral Service

When you submit a service request:

  • We pass your contact information and service details to available partner technicians in your area
  • Partner technicians may contact you directly to discuss service, pricing, and scheduling
  • You are under NO obligation to hire any technician who contacts you
  • All service agreements are made directly between you and the technician you choose

3.3 No Agency Relationship

Appliquix is NOT an agent, broker, or representative of either customers or partner technicians. We simply facilitate introductions.

4. Free Service for Customers

4.1 No Customer Fees

  • Customers NEVER pay Appliquix any fees, charges, or commissions
  • Our platform is 100% free for customers to use
  • You may submit service requests without any cost or obligation
  • Any fees for repair services are paid directly to the technician you hire

4.2 Subscription Model

Our revenue comes from subscription fees paid by partner technicians who receive leads from our platform. This business model is disclosed for transparency.

5. User Eligibility and Conduct

5.1 Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • You will provide accurate information
  • You genuinely need appliance repair services

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT use our platform to:

6.2 Technician Responses

  • Response times vary based on technician availability
  • We cannot guarantee any technician will respond to your request
  • You may receive contact from multiple technicians

6.3 No Obligation

You are NEVER obligated to:

  • Hire any technician who contacts you
  • Accept any quote or pricing offered
  • Schedule service with any partner technician
  • Continue communication with any technician

7. Pricing, Scheduling, and Service Terms

7.1 Direct Arrangements

ALL service terms are negotiated directly between you and the technician, including:

  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Service scheduling and availability
  • Scope of work
  • Warranties and guarantees
  • Cancellation policies
  • Payment methods

7.2 No Price Control

Appliquix does NOT:

  • Set or control technician pricing
  • Negotiate rates on your behalf
  • Guarantee any specific pricing
  • Receive any portion of payments made to technicians

7.3 Independent Contracts

Any service agreement you enter is directly between you and the technician. Appliquix is NOT a party to that agreement.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Platform Role

APPLIQUIX OPERATES SOLELY AS A REFERRAL PLATFORM. WE:

  • Do NOT employ or control partner technicians
  • Do NOT supervise or oversee their work
  • Do NOT guarantee the quality of services
  • Do NOT verify all credentials, licenses, or insurance (though we encourage technicians to maintain proper credentials)
  • Cannot guarantee availability or response times

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

APPLIQUIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • The quality, timeliness, or outcome of any repair services
  • Acts or omissions of partner technicians
  • Property damage caused by technicians
  • Personal injury resulting from repair services
  • Disputes between customers and technicians
  • Pricing disagreements or payment issues
  • Warranty claims related to repair work
  • Any losses, damages, or expenses arising from technician services

8.3 Service Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations
  • All aspects of service delivery

8.5 Due Diligence

Termination does NOT affect any pending service arrangements you’ve made directly with technicians.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Partner availability varies by location. We cannot guarantee technician availability in all areas.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 Entire Agreement
